Industry association reports ISS for violation of guard law after billion tender

Published

The Danish Building Agency and ISS Facility Services A/S have entered into a contract for the third wave of the State’s Facility Management. An agreement for DKK 1.5 billion. The agreement includes several services, including guard and security services. In this connection, the Danish Building Agency has disregarded the fact that ISS Facility Services A/S does not have the statutory authorization as a security company, despite the fact that the tender states: “The supplier […] must be in possession of the necessary authorizations for the execution of the task” .

– The Security Branch has therefore reported ISS Facility Services A/S to the police and we expect the Danish Building Authority to act on the information we have given them about ISS’s breach of the duty law, says Kasper Skov-Mikkelsen, director of the Security Branch, in a press release.
