As of the first of December, Jes Christiansen is employed at Femern Belt Development, Rødbyhavn, as project manager at the Femern Knowledge & Learning Center.
He comes from his job as project manager at the vocational school CELF, Nykøbing F.
Jes Christiansen was originally trained as an agricultural economist, later a trade economist in economics and management, a diploma in management, a module in business pedagogy and project management training.

He has 12 years of experience with project management in private companies with planning, establishment and operation of agricultural enterprises, as well as 12 years of experience with management and project management in CELF.
Fehmarn Knowledge & Learning Center was inaugurated on the first of September this year. The centre will contribute to making Denmark a world leader in green and sustainable mega-infrastructure by gathering experiences from the Fehmarn project. That knowledge must be made available to a wider circle of Danish companies, educational institutions and business promotion actors.

Femern Belt Development is at the head of the Femern Knowledge & Learning Center and has Erhvervshus Sjælland, DTU, RUC, Zealand – Zealand Business Academy, We Build Denmark and Odense Robotics as partners.
The knowledge and learning centre is part of the Fehmarn Business Lighthouse, which is financed by grants from Denmark’s Business Promotion Board via REACT-EU funds.
