Skovnæs Potatoes has tripled its profit

Skovnæs Kartofler ApS has published an annual report that shows significant progress in the fiscal year October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. The company, which is engaged in the production and export of seed potatoes, has managed to significantly strengthen its economy and create a solid profit.

With a gross profit of 27.8 million kroner, Skovnæs Kartofler has more than doubled last year's result. The profit for the year after tax has grown to 17.5 million kroner, and the operating profit has increased to 18.8 million kroner, marking a tripling compared to the previous fiscal year.

At the same time, the company has strengthened its financial position by increasing equity from 22.1 million kroner to 36.4 million kroner. Long-term debt has been reduced by 7 million kroner, and short-term liabilities have also decreased slightly. 4 million kroner has been allocated for dividends, which exceeds last year's payout of 3.2 million kroner.
