Revenue and gross profit have increased noticeably, reflecting stable operations in the company’s core activities, which include the sale of forest products, investments in forest properties, and forest management.
The company’s total assets amount to 48.7 million DKK, with equity recorded at 21.9 million DKK. According to the management report, there are no unusual conditions in this year’s financial statement, and the valuation of the company’s forest properties – approximately 696 hectares – is based on official property assessments.
Management anticipates continued positive development in the coming year, with an expected profit of approximately 2 million DKK. The financial position of the company is considered stable, and no events have occurred after the financial year’s end that would significantly affect the company’s economic situation.
