The plastics company Dansk Rotations Plastic in Kalvehave ended 2023/24 with a profit of 7.5 million DKK after tax. This is almost a doubling compared to the previous year.
However, the financial statement covers a longer period than usual - 18 months in total. This is because the company has chosen to change the financial year so that it now follows the calendar year. Previously, it ran from 1 July to 30 June, but in the future, it will run from 1 January to 31 December. The extra-long period makes it difficult to compare directly with last year, which only covers 12 months.
Less activity - but better bottom line
Although the market has been a bit quieter, the company has managed to improve its results. The operating profit rose to 9.6 million DKK, and 4 million DKK was paid out in dividends. The rest - a little over 3.5 million DKK - was added to the equity.
Swedish ownership
The company produces, among other things, containers, tanks, and environmental containers in plastic - typically using rotational moulding. It produces and sells plastic products and is 100 percent owned by Swedish Cipax Industri AB. The company is based in Kalvehave and employs around 25 staff.
The financial statement was approved at the general meeting on 8 April 2025.
