Local Businessman Becomes New Chairman of the Board at Toma Facility

Steen Wæver has been appointed chairman of the board for Toma Facility Danmark A/S, part of the Norwegian Toma Group, which provides cleaning and facility management solutions. He has been part of the board since 2020 and is now taking over the chairmanship. This is stated in the CVR register.

Steen Wæver says that he has been hired for the job to create growth. And this will, among other things, happen through acquisitions.

- There is an ambitious plan for what we need to achieve in the next three years. Together with the management, I must succeed in this, says Steen Wæver.

Wæver has a background in strategic business development and has previously been the director of, among others, Scandlines. In addition, he has been affiliated with Business Lolland-Falster, where he has contributed with his experience in growth and strategic processes.

Toma Facility Danmark A/S is part of the Norwegian Toma Group, which operates across Scandinavia in facility management and primarily deals with cleaning and services for business customers.
