Financially, things are progressing well for the company BM Steel Construction Copenhagen A/S, which has achieved a greater profit than the previous one. BM Steel Construction Copenhagen is partly owned by Bandholm-based BMS, which performs forging work on the Fehmarn construction site.

Result up by over 94,000
The company, which makes steel constructions for the construction site, has just reviewed the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022, showing a plus of 125,833.37 euros before tax against a profit of 22,281.58 euros the year before.

At the end of the financial year, the company’s equity was calculated at 529.396,52 euros.

Better than expected
Director Ole Morten Dalgaard from BM Steel Construction Copenhagen A/S is quite satisfied with the year’s result:

– We are not that big of a company, so it is satisfactory. After all, construction costs go up and down, and we are generally cautious in our estimates. But we have concluded a lot of cases that went a little better than expected. A coverage ratio of five per cent is fine for us. But they might laugh at that if I talk to, for example, directors from the IT industry, says Ole Morten Dalsgaard.

Founded on the remains of Pihl & Søn
BM Steel Construction A/S was founded in 2014 on top of bankruptcy in the then-construction company Pihl & Søn.
