Ringtved A/S is acquiring assets and a number of employees from M.N. Entreprise A/S, while directors Ian Petersen and Mads Christiansen will also join the combined business.
- We have bought some assets and taken over some employees. We have also brought Mads and Ian into the business, and they will help develop and strengthen what is now our joint company, says CEO Claus Ringtved.
Around 10-12 employees are expected to make the move, bringing the combined organisation to approximately 50 staff. M.N. Entreprise will for the time being continue working on its existing projects so they can be completed as planned.
The activities will be brought together at Ringtved’s premises on C.E. Christiansens Vej in Maribo, while both company names will be retained.
The larger organisation is intended, among other things, to make the company better equipped to meet growing requirements for documentation and sustainability. It will also strengthen the planned generational transition, under which Claus Ringtved’s son, Jannik Ringtved, is expected to take the family business forward as the fourth generation.
The company is also increasing its presence on Falster. A new property on Stovby Ringvej near Marielyst will include a showroom and make the business more visible in the holiday-home area.
- The larger organisation will make the company better equipped to meet the construction industry’s growing requirements for documentation, sustainability and much more. That is essentially the purpose of the whole move, says Claus Ringtved.
