Hotel Falster ApS in Nykøbing Falster delivers a solid annual result for 2023/24, where equity grows, although the profit falls slightly compared to the previous year.

According to the recently published financial statement, the year's result ended at 988,873 kroner, a decrease from 1,072,433 kroner last year. The hotel's gross profit increased slightly to 14.8 million kroner, but higher operating costs and a decline in financial items pulled the result down.

The management describes the result as satisfactory and notes that there have been no significant events after the end of the financial year that could affect the economy. Equity has grown to 7.4 million kroner, primarily as a result of the retained profit.

Despite the slight decline, the company has paid a dividend of 60,800 kroner, significantly lower than last year's 488,000 kroner.

Hotel Falster is run by Tina Jørn Jensen and Peter Jørn Lossius Hansen and offers both hotel and restaurant operations in Nykøbing Falster.
