Rask El-Service has significantly increased its earnings.

The electrical company, headquartered in Maribo, reported a net profit of DKK 12.2 million for the 2025/26 financial year. That is DKK 3.5 million more than the year before, corresponding to growth of 41 per cent.

The improvement is also visible further up the income statement. Gross profit rose from DKK 46.3 million to DKK 58.4 million, while operating profit increased from DKK 11.3 million to DKK 16 million.

According to CEO Jacob Goldbeck, the development is primarily due to a higher level of activity.

- We are still seeing strong activity here on the islands, including work on the Fehmarn link. But the biggest growth has come further north in Zealand, where we have secured more contracts. Overall, we are very pleased with the result for the year, he says.

The higher level of activity has also resulted in more employees. Rask El-Service currently employs 104 people, including apprentices.

Part of the company’s recruitment pipeline is its own academy, where apprentices are given responsibility at an early stage and trained to work independently. According to Jacob Goldbeck, the company retains most of them once they have completed their training.

So what will the accounts look like when we speak again in a year?

- I expect growth to continue. We may not be able to increase revenue at the same pace next year, but we still expect further growth, he says.
