Rasmus Lehn Kristensen did not know it was coming.
Now the owner of Lehn’s Byg can call his company a Børsen Gazelle 2026, he confirms to FemernBusiness. Børsen’s official list has not yet been published.
- It has been a dream for a few years, but you have to perform to qualify. I had no idea it was coming, so it was a very pleasant surprise, he says.
The accounts show that gross profit has risen from DKK 916,000 in 2021 to DKK 3.9 million in 2025. In the past year alone, it increased by 40 per cent. At the same time, the company turned a loss of DKK 83,000 in 2024 into a profit of DKK 203,000 in 2025.
The growth has also been reflected in staffing levels. In 2024, Lehn’s Byg employed an average of eight people, compared with four the year before, according to the annual report.
For Rasmus Lehn Kristensen, Gazelle status is first and foremost a recognition of the company’s progress.
- It is good to be able to show the outside world that we are running a sound business. It is difficult to measure whether it will bring us more work, but I think professional players will take more notice of us. It is a major vote of confidence, he says.
