CBRE Intego changes name and becomes CBRE Teknisk servicepartner.

The company, which supplies technical service solutions to the industry and has a contract for technical service in the tunnel city FLC Village, is simultaneously launching an ambitious goal of doubling revenue within four years with the name change.

The name change follows the fact that the then Intego A/S was acquired in 2021 by the Danish branch of CBRE, which is part of the world’s largest commercial real estate and investment company CBRE Group.

Under the new name, the company will continue to supply technical solutions within electricity, automation and mechanics for industry, business and infrastructure.

Brings together multiple operational and service needs
With CBRE at its back, the company gains additional competences in the field of operation and development of buildings, so that customers can get more operation and service needs from one supplier.

– With the new setup, we can now offer our customers an even broader palette of expertise, as we can draw on CBRE’s competences in areas such as data-based consulting, says Henrik Rolsted, head of department at CBRE Technical Service Partner, which is headquartered in Aalborg and has 17 departments over throughout the country, including in Nakskov and a recently established department in Nykøbing.

Wants to be available for Fehmarn contracts
Precisely in Lolland-Falster, CBRE Teknisk servicepartner sees great potential to contribute to the ambitious goal of doubling growth within a four-year period.

– Fehmarn is our primary focus area. We are looking into the fact that we would like to have a few pieces of the small and large contracts that could be down there. Technical maintenance and servicing of operations in particular are interesting to us, says Henrik Rolsted.

– We are not a contracting business like others, but we will then look to see if there could be something interesting to pursue in the smaller tenders and bid assignments. As a starting point, however, it is the service part that we concentrate on. It’s what we’ve been successful at and what we’re good at. We must of course continue with that, says Henrik Rolsted.

Looking towards Nakskov Harbour
However, the interest from the company, which primarily employs industrial electricians and electrical installers, also extends beyond the Fehmarn connection.

– There are a lot of growth opportunities with the whole green transition with charging stations, which we have to cultivate and are already cultivating. It is also very exciting, with everything, what is going to happen at Nakskov Havn with, among other things, the power-to-x facility, says Henrik Rolsted.

17 departments in Denmark
CBRE Intego has around 1,000 employees nationwide in 17 departments.

The company is owned by CBRE Group, which has more than 480 offices in more than 100 countries worldwide.
