The construction company BO-HUS A/S in Nykøbing delivers a profit of DKK 16.0 million after tax in 2025 compared to DKK 12.8 million the year before.
In the same period, the gross profit increased to DKK 54.2 million from DKK 45.1 million, while the result of ordinary operations rose to DKK 20.9 million compared to DKK 16.3 million. The result before tax lands at DKK 20.6 million.
The result comes after some years with significant fluctuations for the construction company.
BO-HUS was the main contractor for the construction of Sundskolen in Nykøbing Falster. The project was hit by significant price increases on building materials and rising costs, and according to the company's then management, the school construction was a significant reason for the company going bankrupt in December 2022.

Shortly after the bankruptcy, the activities were continued in a new company, the current BO-HUS A/S. In connection with the restart, new investors also joined the ownership circle, including through JSCS Holding ApS, which is owned by MSE owner Jan Sørensen.
The accounts also show a significant strengthening of the company's finances. Equity grew during the year to DKK 38.5 million compared to DKK 22.5 million the year before, while the balance sheet total increased to DKK 84.0 million from DKK 61.5 million. Solvency was thus improved to 45.8% compared to 36.5%.
Receivables from sales and services increased to DKK 35.6 million from DKK 23.8 million, while the company had cash at the end of the year of DKK 31.8 million compared to DKK 33.1 million the year before.

Operations generated a positive cash flow of DKK 12.2 million, but at the same time, the company invested significantly more than the previous year. Investments in tangible fixed assets amounted to DKK 13.6 million compared to DKK 771,000 the year before. The item for land and buildings now amounts to DKK 11.0 million.
BO-HUS employed an average of 61 employees in 2025 compared to 57 the year before.
The management describes the year's result as satisfactory and expects a result in 2026 at the level of 2025. At the same time, it is highlighted in the management report that the order backlog at the beginning of the year is higher than at the beginning of previous years.
The company proposes to pay out DKK 4.0 million in dividends, and the accounts are accompanied by an unqualified audit opinion.
